You

What is bringing you here

A transition, a question, a weight you have been carrying. Whatever word comes first.
Not a goal. Just what you sense might be possible.

Your experience

Trauma, recent loss, ongoing mental health support. Share only what feels relevant. You do not owe me your whole story here.

Physical and medical

This helps me work with you safely. Includes chronic illness, sensitivity to certain practices, or anything affecting how you hold a session.

Boundaries and preferences

Lineage, a specific wound, certain kinds of imagery. You set the edges.
Pacing, silence, check-ins, full disclosure of what is happening. Whatever helps you arrive.

Confidentiality

What I hold

Everything you share in this form, in session, and in any communication between us is held in confidence. I do not share your name, your story, or what moves through our work together with anyone. Your process is yours.

What I ask of you

The container we build together depends on mutual care. What I share about my practices and the way I work is offered in trust. I ask that you treat it accordingly and not reproduce or forward it without my consent.

The one exception

Confidentiality has one limit. If you share something that leads me to believe there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or another, I may need to act on that. I will always try to speak with you directly first. This is not a clause I invoke lightly. It is simply the edge of the container, named honestly.

Consent

By submitting this form you confirm you are entering of your own will, and that you understand the nature of this work as a facilitated practice of your own unfolding.

Received.

I will hold what you have shared before we meet.
See you at the threshold.
